WWW Wednesday #42 👻

Hi friends, I hope you’re all doing well. Welcome back to another WWW Wednesday; I thought this would be a fun way to see a snapshot of what I’m reading!

Welcome to WWW Wednesday! This meme was formerly hosted by MizB at A Daily Rhythm and revived on Taking on a World of Words. Just answer the three questions below and leave a link to your post in the comments for others to look at.

Night Shift: I’m 31% of the way through; I’m actually surprised that I enjoyed this week’s short story – this may be the first one I was impressed with. Everything from beginning to end was done well and the suspense was so good… dare I say this collection is looking up?

The Fellowship of the Ring: I’m 47% of the way through; even though this is a slow tale, I’m really enjoying taking my time with this. I’m in the middle of the adventure and things are picking up as the hobbits are being followed.

Lastly, I’m reading Origin by: Dan Brown and I’m just passing the halfway point. It’s been a good read so far, you can definitely feel the suspense on every page and the chapters are really short so, when I do find the time to read these days, I tend to read quite a bit.

Five Dark Fates (Three Dark Crowns, #4) by Kendare Blake
Still Life with Tornado: Amazon.ca: King, A.S.: Books

I finished Five Dark Fates by: Kendare Blake… I have wrapped up this series and wow what a rollercoaster this series has been. I like the way it ended, it was satisfying, there was death, battles, revenge and redemption. I’m glad I decided to continue with this series… 4 years later 😅

I also finished Still Life with Tornado by: A.S. King and this novel was not anything I was expecting. Like, I went into this book blind (like I do most books) and I just had no idea what was going on. I felt very confused for the first part, but I was intrigued and glad I kept reading.

I’m not adding anything new again this week. I may be taking a trip to the library next week so we shall see.

Everything from last week:

Each of Us a Desert by: Mark Oshiro
The Lost Book of the White by: Cassandra Clare & Wesley Chu
A Blade so Black by: L.L. McKinney

A Blade So Black: Amazon.ca: McKinney, L.L.: Books
Each of Us a Desert by Mark Oshiro
The Lost Book of the White (Volume 2): Amazon.ca: Clare, Cassandra, Chu, Wesley: Books

What are you all reading?
