Review: Before I Die

Hello! Today I’m going to be reviewing Jenny Downham’s novel Before I Die.

Before I Die
Before I Die

Before I Die by: Jenny Downham: The story of an English girl named Tessa Scott. She has made a list for herself to accomplish before she dies. As the novel goes on, the more she does, and sometimes the less she does. As much as the story plot isn’t original, the main character is somewhat original. She wants what most people dying want, to not be dying. The novel goes through the different emotions that people, not just the main character, but the people in her life go through as she suffers. The writing was written well, the story just didn’t have a “wow” factor to it to make it a great story. It was just a good story.
